U.S. Small Business Administration 8(a)
Modtech Solutions is a Small Business Administration (SBA) Certified 8(a) Minority-Owned Small Business. We work directly with Contracting Officers to meet their small business targets and lower the cost associated with a lengthy contracting process.
The SBA 8(a) Sole Source vehicle enables agencies to engage in sole source or set aside contracts with Modtech Solutions. The Contracting Officer may award a sole source, set aside contract, or take advantage of the simplified acquisition procedures (FAR Part 13), awarding contracts up to a ceiling of $4 million for goods and services and $7 million for manufacturing. Our SBA 8(a) business development certification is valid through 11/16/2027.
